LWW's Return Policy allows customers who purchased directly from WK-LWW and are not satisfied with their purchase to return it. However, the return policy varies depending on the type of product:
- Books: Can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, unless any access code has been scratched off.
- Print-on-Demand (POD): These titles are not returnable or refundable.
- Digital Products (CoursePoint, Vitalsource eBooks, PrepU, vSim, etc.): May be eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the activation date and if there has been no usage on the product.
- Software/Video Access Cards (Aclands, Bates Visual Guide, etc.): Can be returned if it is unopened, without activation or installation.
- Downloadable Products (Stedmans, etc.): These products are not returnable or refundable.
